Mooloolah River mouth (Mooloolaba) silting

For our friends who no longer are able to have a trailer under their Yacht ;-) and we all use a mast and sails at the end of the day (or start of the day!!)

Mooloolah River mouth (Mooloolaba) silting

The following link is to a MySailing article about the silting to the mouth of the Mooloolah River:

http://www.mysailing.com.au/cruising/wa ... Mooloolaba

Current leads take you through the shallowest part of the channel; 0.8m at low tide.

From Cruising Helmsman Facebook page 30 May 17:
Just received this update from Richard Campbell-Burns regarding the Mooloolah River crossing: "dredge moving into position this morning to begin dredging the river entrance."
