Sparks & Sons trailers - Geelong

Hi All,

Have had a busy 2 weekends on the trailer, started with Sparks & Sons in Geelong doing an annual service on the trailer, including replacing outer bearings and grease and repack wheels.

I'm sure it's a fairly easy job but prefer to leave the trailer to a professional as know (hope) it has been done right and won't cause me to come to grief with a 1.5 tonne boat on the back at 100km/hr.

Sparks did a bit of work 18 months ago on the trailer when I first bought the boat and I'd like to recommend them as they are very informative on what needs to be done and don't seem to try sell you a big mac when you only need a cheeseburger !

The rest of the time over the weekends was spent with some of my internal labour doing the easy stuff like de-rusting and repainting the wheels and re-carpeting and painting the skids.

Came up a treat in the end, photo of the rig attached, it's a bit scary to think there's over 40ft of boat and car when hooked up
